Returns Policy

General Returns

Here at NextSource, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. You may return new, unopened items purchased directly from NextSource Industries within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please contact us at ollie@nextsource.uk with a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Product Exchanges

1. You received a faulty or incorrect item

Please contact us directly so the problem can be resolved. Please notify us within 28 days of delivery and we can investigate the issue. 

2. You received an item you no longer want and wish to exchange it for a different item.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the initial product to us and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. Your initial payment will be refunded upon receipt of your return.

If you would like to return any part of your order, please contact us for further information and return address.

Please ensure the item you are returning is well packaged as transit damages will be the customers responsibility. Please include your original packing slip with details or a hand written note with your order so that we can process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Refunds Policy 

The Refund Process

In all circumstances, please get in touch so the case can be reviewed internally.

If you have received: faulty, incorrect or damaged items, contact us to organise a refund. Once a refund has been confirmed and we've received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used when processing your order. Refunds will usually be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. Please be aware that when refunding a credit/debit card it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to clear.
